Creatine draws water into your muscle cells, which means your hydration needs increase the moment you start supplementing. Most people take creatine and electrolytes separately without realising the two are directly linked. Grip combines them intentionally so your body gets everything it needs to perform and recover, all in one go.

Creatine Monohydrate, Sodium Chloride, Tri-Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Malate, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Anti-caking agent (sodium ferrocyanide).

Grip Creatine + Electrolytes is a daily 2-in-1 supplement combining 3.4g of creatine monohydrate with 990mg of essential electrolytes in a convenient serving. Designed for strength, hydration, and energy in one simple, no-mess sachet.

Creatine draws water into your muscle cells, which means your hydration needs increase the moment you start supplementing. Most people take creatine and electrolytes separately without realising the two are directly linked. Grip combines them intentionally so your body gets everything it needs to perform and recover, all in one go.

Not at all. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements in the world and its benefits go well beyond the weights room. Studies show it supports cognitive function, mental clarity, and energy levels throughout the day, making it just as useful for people with demanding jobs, busy lifestyles, or anyone who simply wants to feel sharper and more energised. If you move your body in any way, or just want to perform better day to day, Grip is for you.

Any time that suits your routine, before training, after, or on rest days. With creatine, consistency matters far more than timing. Pick a time and stick to it.

No. With consistent daily use your muscles will reach full creatine saturation within 2 to 3 weeks. Loading can speed this up but often causes bloating and isn't necessary. One sachet a day is all you need.

Yes. Creatine builds up in your muscles over time and skipping days slows that process. Think of it as a daily essential, not just a workout supplement.

Most people start noticing a difference within 2 to 3 weeks of taking it daily. Creatine works by saturating your muscles over time, so consistency is what drives results. The people who see the biggest difference are the ones who never skip a day.

Customers praised the convenient sachets combining creatine monohydrate and electrolytes for improved hydration and performance. Many noted "better endurance" and easier recovery. However, taste divided shoppers—some found it pleasant, others described it as bitter or salty. Several mentioned the creatine dosage (3.4g) could be higher and price is steep compared to standalone options.

Great as supplements but taste is not good

The media could not be loaded.

Really like the concept of combining creatine with electrolytes, it makes things much simpler instead of using separate supplements. The sachets are also very convenient to carry and use on the go.Performance wise it does what it should, no issues there. But the main downside for me is the taste, it’s just not that great and not something I enjoy drinking.

An amazing product..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cheaper Than Buying Both SeparatelyI used to take mix creatine and electrolyte and mix them myself for my post workout drink. It worked fine but it was annoying. I'd been doing it for a while before I tried this.Having both in one stick is just so much more convenient. Taste is good too, mixed berry without being sickly. When I actually added up what I was spending on two separate products, this works out cheaper overall as well, which was a bonus.

Hydration and creatine monohydrate combined

A smooth mixed berry flavour is what I have experienced from making as directed. Which is rather pleasant to drink. I have varied the amount of water I have used. Even using more than suggested, to simply get a greater liquid intake. At the expense of a weaker flavour. Probably due to being used to drinking electrolytes powder based drinks where the suggested amount of water is around 500ml to 1L. The amount of water to use is at the lower end in comparison for this supplement. There is a high convenience factor to this product. Having ready to pour sachets saves having to weigh out any powder. With the sachets being lightweight, slender and compact. Making them easy to carry in a pocket or bag.Personally I would prefer for the creatine content to be 5g per sachet. Instead of the current amount of 3.4g.I do feel well hydrated when consuming a beverage made with one of these sachets. No undesirable side effects have been experienced from taking this supplement.Ordered during April 2026. When priced at £28.99. With thirty sachets included, the cost of a single drink equates to ~97p. A far higher amount than other electrolytes powders in sachets. Although these do also contain a serving of creatine monohydrate. I think it is a better tasting product than some I have tried. But there are some which I simply prefer. Both on taste and value for money.A sticker on the resealable pouch has a batch number and a best before end date of 10/2027. The information is also printed underneath the flap on each sachet. There is a good shelf life for the product I received from this order. The pouch arrived with an initial tear or cut to open top. For security and peace of mind.

Convenient and Effective

This isn’t a bad product at all — in fact, it has quite a few positives — but when it comes to creatine, I personally prefer a cleaner formula without the extra ingredients. That’s just my own preference, though, so I haven’t marked it down for that.In terms of performance, it does exactly what it claims to. The added electrolytes make a noticeable difference with rehydration during and after training, and I definitely felt less of that heavy, tired feeling. The mixed berry flavour is genuinely quite tasty too, which makes it easy to drink before or after a workout. My main sticking point is the price. For what is essentially a month’s supply, it feels a bit expensive, especially when I can buy a large bag of pure creatine for half the cost. To be fair, the electrolytes are part of what you’re paying for, and they do add value. What I really like, though, is the convenience. The sachets are brilliant for taking on the go — no scoops, no mess, no measuring. For some people, that alone will justify the higher price. For me personally, I’ll stick with pure creatine and a pinch of Celtic sea salt, but as a convenient, electrolyte‑boosted option, this definitely has its place.

Strength, hydration, and performance

I’ve been taking creatine for years, but always separately from electrolytes. I wanted the benefits of creatine, a bit more strength, better recovery, but without the hassle of measuring separate powders or mixing two satchels. The satchels contain a great creatine monohydrate and a balanced electrolyte blend. Just rip the satchel, pour it into my water bottle, shake, and drink. The flavour is subtle and doesn’t leave a weird film in my mouth. I’ve noticed better endurance, and I feel less drained after cardio sessions, and my muscles don’t ache as much the next day. No stomach upset, no water retention, or bloat. Good value, effective and I would definitely recommend it

Helps just a little

Well, I've been using this product for workouts and recovery and it helps a little with hydration and reduce a bit that tired feeling after training sessions but is not something wow. The sachets are convenient to carry around and mix easily in water, which makes it handy before, after the gym or during exercise. The taste is okay but not amazing in my opinion. You can definitely notice the electrolyte flavour, personally it’s not very tasty, as a normal juice-style supplement drink. To make it more enjoyable, I doubled the water.Apart from the taste, another downside for me is that, the creatine amount could be a bit higher per serving for better long-term performance results. Overall, is not too bad, for a all-in-one option if you want hydration and creatine together in a simple daily sachet but can't have big expectations.

Great but has a quite bitter taste

Creatine and Electrolytes Powder | Creatine Monohydrate with Electrolytes for Women & Men | Hydration & Performance | Mixed Berry Flavoured Travel Sachets | 30 Servings (Grip Nutrition Store)The Grip Nutrition Creatine and Electrolytes Powder is a highly efficient performance and hydration tool that earns a solid four-star rating for its functional integrity and convenient delivery system. Formulated with a combination of creatine monohydrate and essential electrolytes, this supplement is designed to support osmotic balance during physical exertion. The inclusion of travel-friendly sachets makes it a fantastic necessity for maintaining a consistent performance routine during weekend trips or gym sessions. It has a mixed berry profile that is initially pleasant and refreshing. However, there is a significant and persistent bitterness. Even when diluted in 500ml of water as recommended by manufacturer, the bitter note remains quite pronounced. While the berry notes are identifiable, the lingering aftertaste is a little bit unpleasant.Despite this, the product's efficacy is evident. It provides a boost to hydration and recovery without unnecessary sweeteners. The convenience of the individual servings ensures that the precise ratio of creatine to electrolytes is maintained every time.

Good quality blend, slightly salty taste

I like that this drink contains both creatine and electrolytes as these are both things I like to include in my supplement routine. This pouch contains 30 single-serve sachets. Each sachet contains 3.4g of creatine and 990mg of electrolytes; this is a decent dosage of each. The individual sachets are super convenient for taking on the go.The powder dissolves easily in water and doesn’t leave behind any powdery residue. The mixed berry flavour is pleasant enough, it is not overly sweet but it does have a noticeable salty taste. This drink has been gentle on my stomach; I have not experienced any irritation or reflux. Overall I am happy with the quality, the taste is not my favourite but it’s drinkable. I think it is good value and worth a try!

M
Mr Dean Stradins
Good supplement but not the best tasting. Ok overall.

Overall I have mixed feelings. The concept is great, combining creatine with electrolytes in a convenient single serve packet is really useful, especially if you’re working out regularly or trying to stay hydrated without juggling multiple supplements. The packaging is also a plus, it’s easy to throw a few sticks in your bag and mix them on the go.In terms of performance, they seem to do what they’re supposed to. I like that they include a solid blend of electrolytes alongside the creatine, and I’ve definitely felt properly hydrated, so far during workouts. It’s also nice that there’s no added sugar, which makes it feel like a cleaner option compared to some sports drinks. That said, the biggest downside for me is the taste. It’s not completely unbearable, but it’s definitely not something I look forward to drinking. There’s a slightly artificial flavor and a bit of a bitter aftertaste that lingers. Even when diluted well, it doesn’t taste very refreshing, which is kind of the opposite of what you’d want from a hydration drink. I found myself having to just drink it quickly rather than actually enjoying it.Another small thing is that the flavor doesn’t fully mask the supplement taste, so you’re always aware you’re drinking something functional rather than something enjoyable. If you’re sensitive to taste, this could be a dealbreaker? I dunno..?Overall, I think these are best suited for people who prioritize convenience and effectiveness over flavor. If you’re serious about your supplements and don’t mind sacrificing taste, they might be for you. But if you want something that tastes good and is easy to sip on, you might want to look for other options.

good credentials but a poor taste

I've been taking creatine supplements recently to improve my stamina during workouts and it has definitely had a positive effect. These sachets combine creatine with electrolytes to give you more energy and focus and also reduce dehydration, They certainly work! Each sachet contains 3.4g of creatine and at the current price of 28.99 for 30 sachets this bag works out as around £1 a sachet. Not bad value but also not really a bargain. The sachets themselves are remarkably sturdy and are ideal for being chucked in a bag for travel or gym use. They are light and compact and great quality. The powder dissolves quickly and just needs a quick shake to mix them around. The only down side here is the taste. Mixed berry tastes more like rhubarb and custard to me and it has a definite salty taste to it. I really didn't like it at all and found it very unenjoyable to drink. The sachets themselves and the effect on your body are great but the taste is not for me

Great result not great taste

I have been having creatine on and off for years, some of it tastes vile and some of it tastes nice. This lands somewhere in the middle. It has that initial taste of salty hydration drink before the berry flavour makes itself known and masks it a little. It's really easy to mix though and dissolved quickly with no powerdy or gritty residue.I like that it is a combination of creatine and electrolytes and I definitely felt a prolonged boost in my energy and concentration, so it gets four stars as the taste really ourlts me off but that could be down to my own personal taste.ProsIndividual servingsDissolves easilyFelt a prolonged boost in energy and concentration even after only oneConsHas an initial salty slime taste like hydration drinks the Dr prescribesI don't like the taste

Lovely

Really happy with this product so far. The mixed berry flavour tastes nice and isn’t overly sweet or artificial, which makes it easy to drink regularly. I like that it combines creatine with electrolytes, so it feels convenient rather than needing multiple supplements separately. Mixes well with water with no major clumps and has been easy on my stomach

Convenient & Easy to Drink

I’ve been using this Grip Nutrition Creatine & Electrolytes Powder, and the sachets make it really convenient for travel or the gym. They’re easy for me to mix into water with no mess. The mixed berry flavour tastes nice without being overly sweet, and it’s much easier to drink than some creatine powders I’ve tried before. It mixes fairly smoothly and doesn’t leave too much grit at the bottom.I feel they are really effective in terms of feeling hydrated and energised during workouts when using it consistently.Overall: A convenient, good-tasting supplement that’s easy to use and feels like decent value for money.

Great Taste and Convenient Formula, but Slightly Pricey

I’ve tried a few different creatine and electrolyte powders, and this one holds up well against the bigger brands. The taste was really nice — easy to drink and not overly sweet or artificial. I also like that it includes creatine, which makes it convenient to get both hydration support and supplementation in one mix.My only minor criticisms are that I’d personally prefer a bit more sodium in the formula, especially for harder training sessions, and the price is a little on the expensive side compared to some alternatives. That said, it does last a while, so the value balances out somewhat over time. Overall, the quality seems good and I’d happily buy it again.

G
Gypsum Fantastic
Nearly Adequate

It seems like a good idea to combine creatine and electrolytes as they're both useful when you're training a lot, so why not combine them. The main problem with this supplement is that the quantities are quite low, particularly the creatine, which is sub-4g. I usually take 10g a day to help with bodybuilding, recovery and neurological health, so this isn't even half what I need. The electrolytes too aren't present in the same quantities as you get in many electrolyte-only supplements. The convenience is the main selling point I suppose as everything's contained in one easy to use sachet, albeit in small amounts. The flavour is ok. Not fantastically tasty but not unpleasant either. Value for money also seems OK when you factor in the convenience factor. Not a bad product, but not a great one either.

Great for Performance and Hydration

This creatine and electrolytes powder is a really convenient addition to my routine. The individual sachets make it easy to take on the go, and the mixed berry flavour tastes good without being too sweet. It mixes well with water and doesn’t leave any gritty texture. I’ve noticed better hydration during workouts and improved overall performance. A solid option for anyone looking to support their training and recovery.

Solid Combo of Creatine and Electrolytes

This was a perfect addition to my routine, as I wanted something simple to support both hydration and performance without using multiple products. So this creatine and electrolytes powder felt like a really nice little upgrade. What I mean is that it comes in convenient sachets, which are easy to carry around and use on the go.I’ve been using it before and after workouts, and it mixes quickly with water without any clumps. The mixed berry flavour is actually quite pleasant — not too strong or overly sweet — so it’s easy to drink regularly. For me, it helps keep hydration levels up, especially during longer or more intense sessions.Another great thing is that it combines creatine monohydrate with electrolytes, so you’re covering both muscle support and hydration in one go. It saves time and keeps things simple instead of having separate supplements. The sachet format is also really practical for travel or taking to the gym, and you don’t have to measure anything, which makes it very straightforward to use.Overall, it’s a really handy supplement to have — convenient, easy to use, and a great all-in-one option for supporting workouts and staying hydrated

Good - but not necessarily the best value option available.

Overall, this is a decent product, though not necessarily the best value option available.I use this purely as a pre-exercise drink. I use a different post-exercise drink that has a better range of electrolytes. Many pre-workout drinks include caffeine, which rules them out for me, so the non-inclusion of caffeine is a definite plus point for me.The flavour is okay with a refreshing taste without being excessively sharp. At the current price of £28.99 for a pack containing 30 servings, this works out at just under £1.00 per drink. This is not horrendously excessive, but nor is it the lowest priced supplement of this type out there. The question is, do those cheaper alternatives tick the boxes you want them to?I hope you find these comments helpful.
