All subscription orders come with free tracked delivery included. One-time purchases are sent via tracked delivery for £4.99. All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you do not see it within 48 hours of ordering, check your junk folder first, then get in touch.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unopened items within 14 days of receiving them. Email us at contact@gripnutrition.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back and we will guide you through the process.

Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item you received was faulty or incorrect. If something arrived damaged or not as expected, get in touch and we will sort it at no cost to you.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. It may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. That said, having an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage your subscription, and update your details whenever you need to.
